there is a new development at bandar tun hussein onn cheras call avenue 2.it is located just next to avenue1.is also call lake valley.they are building town villa that is similar to town house.they got duplex which is the ground and the first floor cost 600k+.the standard unit located on the second and third floor.is cost 290k.it is a uda project and estimated complete in 2012.i thinking to buy a standard unit for investment.but the problem is the unit located on second floor mean have to walk up 2 floor because no lif there.can somebody advise whether it is a good investment or not?

Personally, I think it is a good investment though because it is near the city centre and a lot of people working there. So I think there would be tenants there.

just paid booking feee.now looking for loan.thought of sell it after it completed.don't think will rent it but if can get tenant then maybe will hold for longer time.but i'm a bit worry to get seller or tenant because of it is located on 2nd floor and without lif.only youngster will interested on it.
