What do developers mean when they say that they're new development properties are \"Open for Registration\"? What will happen after registering? Is it like a reservation?

I think it means you can register with the developer (without paying anything). They developer will then give you call or email when you are able to put down a deposit.

Thanks for that info.. I was really curious about this since I became interested on hunting properties

for 'hot' properties, a lot of time even if u register, they won't email/call.
