Would appreciate some views here. Are Cyberjaya and Putrajaya pretty much the same in terms of investment? Or is one likely to do much better than the other? And how have they done compared to each other so far? Finally, how far are they from one another?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am working in Cyberjaya and I found out that both Cyberjaya and Putrajaya life style are pretty dull since there isn't much choice for entertainment and beverage. Though the situation are improving now but I don't see any boom in population for both areas in near future. Unless you are seeking for long term investment or own peaceful accommodation, else both areas doesn't seem to be the right place for tenancy.

Kai Chong Chan, completely agree with you. It's a nice place to kind of retire and your place might be worth a lot in 10 or 20 years time. But you will have a hard time for at least 10 years trying get tenants to rent.

Kai Chong Chan, since you are working at Cyberjaya, do you know what is the super round structure like after Lim Kok Wing along persiaran Apec. Please advise cause that structure is too close to Mah Sing's recent project. Thank you.
