With construction prices rising, does this mean developers that fixed their prices a year or more ago might be in trouble?

Anyone who knows of any recently stalled projects?

some small developer will be in trouble. if they're building costs go up and they have already sold property or can't sell as less demand then possibility exists.

now construction costs falling but no demand from buyers. tough time ahead.

small developers are in for very tough times. The big boys would probably fair better I supposed. However on the bright side, we do see some new launches albeit very much less.

Any developers gone bust yet?

my friend is working for one of the developer located at solaris mon't kiara, they have new project at cheras selatan, ( not to mention the name ), the boss is chinaman type and used to develop only residential only, but suddenly ambitiously going into commercial development and now seemed in trouble, their salary has been delayed since end of last year, everyday there are creditors knocking on their door to ask for payment, really worry for her...
