i think for own stay is good as the view, facilities and easy acess to major area of puchong, sunway and pj.It is only mark at RM230 per sq fe after discount.
For rental purpose is not good as I think the location is out from public transportation system. Only those who own car can rent. It is also many apartment and condo coming out (Koi Kinrara).
I am not sure about sub sale after completion? It is sure will increase but by how many percent? RM260=280 per sf?? But those who buy now alreday gain 9% discount.
