Seri Kembangan which said to be soon like puchong have come up with lot of property. Does it really worth to invest property there? Since South City Plaza, Jaya Jusco apart from each other, population is scatter around & not a concentrate as puchong. Also Seri kembangan is left behind in transportation - LRT not coming & lack of buses. Please give your comments

I wouldn't discount Seri Kembangan because there is quite a bit of new development happening there. There are still train systems there, where transportation are concerned, and prices aren't steep compared to most parts of the Klang Valley.

Depends where in Seri Kembangan...it's big...
Equine? Pinggiran Putra?Putra Permai? Lestari Putra?
some include areas like Bukit Serdang etc into Seri Kembangan
All leasehold in Seri Kembangan...very few freehold..
