i want to invest in Malaysia property, but am not sure how to check developer background, like license, reputation, and any other info that i need to pay attention for.

I only know one is under Medan Idaman which was claimed as reputable and trustworhty but dont seem to find more info on other developers..

In order to know if an agent is licensed or not, you may log on to the Board website at www.lppeh.gov.my and perform a search. You may search by using the company name, full name of the agent or E number. If he or she is a licensed agent his or her particulars will appear, so as the company search.
