I went to Kemensah Heights a few years ago. Seemed to be too slow a market back then but someone recently told me it has picked up in terms of number of transactions and houses being built.

Can anyone confirm? Are expats moving in or is it still mainly local?

Kemensah Heights or I can say surround Melawati currently developed by high end residential property such as bungalow and semi-D
Even link or terrace house been developed such large built in where they change name to courtyard.
New development the area easily touch about RM 3 million and above. May selective unit you can find approx RM 2.5 - RM 3 million.

definitely Kemensah is picking up. all the developments around there are definitely increasing in prices. can you imagine the price for a double storey terrace house now is around 1million whereas its only few hundres thousand few years ago. maybe due to the easy road access such as duke , akleh and mrr2.im saying thi because i live in Taman Melawati
