Subang Andaman was abandoned some time ago, and money refunded to those who booked. I have no confidence in this. If you look at their showhouse, and the surroundings, you see unfinished pillars, and bushes all grown over.
I mean for good sake, if the developer wants to sell, they need to put an effort to install hoardings to encircle up the pillars, so the public don't see it and get awed by the abandoned pillars. I won't book a unit when i see those infront of my eye. It is ODD!
Alam Sutera - Bukit jalil is selling about RM550k, leasehold. Built by a reputable developer and shares a KL address. I think it is not too bad to invest, except for land tenure.
