I've heard rumours that Tropicana will go freehold. Does anyone know if this is true?

Does anyone know of any other examples of large areas that have been converted from leasehold to freehold when all the owners are already occupying and living in their properties?

Oh, the source of rumour? Whole Tropicana area, including the apartment bayu puteri?

rumour? will suddenly caused the property price to go uphill? don't bank on rumour alone...

ya... that\\'s right! that\\'s just one of the techtic of agent to call the selling price up! In fact, right now... bayu puteri apt is selling its future PRICE!!!!!!

haha Inspector, somehow i agree with you. 6 months ago, there is still below 190k unit, but as of now, i saw advertisement of 235k - 295k for 850sf. i don't know why and what happen, but seems like the price is out...
