Yes, pre-approved loan can be done. But I need the property details in order to proceed.
Normally the validity is 1 month, but it can be extended (case by case basis)
I deal with most of the banks.

Some firms outside will charge, but mine no.

Pre-approved home loan means you can apply a loan first, even if you haven't booked the property.
