I would like to discuss more about the Setia Alam property.
1} What do you think about the price?
2} How about the design of all the houses?
3} What do people feel about the place?
4} What do you think about the future of Setia Alam?

You will need to pay RM2.20 for the tool each time leaving and returning to Setia Alam? Is that true?

As i know, Setia Alam the only freehold area in Shah Alam, although the location a bit out from Shah Alam City itself, i feel the price for that area is quite reasonable. With lots amenities and facilities there, if we compare with the surrounding area. Setia Alam is much much better.

For toll issue, is not a big problem, as long you know how to find other alternative road you might find few roads with very minimum toll charges or free toll at all.

I personally have bought a property in Setia Eco Park after I have done my rounds of research along Klang Valley. I think it will be the next self-sustaining city. Many amenities and more are on the way. Even have a Shopping Mall coming up soon in the next 2 years or so.Consider the best bet especially for family. Quality of houses are exceptional if you have a budget for Setia Eco Park. Setia Alam also offers many categories of houses and some even comes with securities features.
Personal opinion only, I believe the toll is just a small matter only considering being in Malaysia itself. Sooon you will find that there will be no more free access to any major roads. Think about it. Thanks.

new township..good neighbourhood..

I bought one unit & staying here now. I feel that this township is quite successfull & good. Many basic amenities are available such as bank, hypermarket, polis station, schools, many shops. Also a city mall called setia city mall is coming.
