Alam Impian is another major upcoming rare freehold development in Shah Alam. It is like the early stage of Setia Alam.

I really think Setia Alam is a very good location. Their development is progressing impressively. The local facilities are good as they have schools (international school as well), parks, convenient stores (giant, tesco), shop houses and soon they are going to have a very big shopping mall! I believe those who have invested in Setia Alam would be very delighted to see the increase in price for their investment in next few years

I personally like this township concept too. With all the amenities and schools and SETIA CITY MALL etc. It is a convenient for the residents too. Some ppl say it is far and with tol but i believe with the development nowadays. This is not a problem anymore to the Malaysian. Look at puchong development for example.
