Hi, do anyone here familiar with foreign ownership in luxury condominiums in KLCC, Bangsar and MOnt'Kiara.

E.g MK Banyan ownership - Foreigners (10%) VS Local (90%)

Can anyone here provide the list?

Perhaps you would like to share the information with all the forumers.

I think lot of investors would like to know.

i don't think any official stats are out there.

in my estimation it would be

klcc - 60% foreign owned
bangsar - 20%
mont kiara - 30%

i wonder if someone has a list.

I do contact some developers' sale department and the information getting from them:

MK
Kiaraville MK - foreign about 50% and occupancy now also about 50%.
Kiara 1888 MK - foreign about 20%

KLCC
Idaman Residence - reported about 70% of foreigner ownership - left 12 units for sale at RM1,100 - EM1,150 psf.


Can anyone please help to list out whatever information you have regrading occupancy rates and also foreigner ownership for residential development?
