Although we aren't real estate professional like property researcher, analyst, agent nor consultant, we still can judge the market scenario. we just make friend with few good and aggresive real estate agents and bankers. They will tell us how the market is moving. How? Just base on 4 scenario:
1) if agents telling they are making money and bankers also telling they are very busy everyday, meaning the market will be in uptrend.
2) if agents telling they aren't making money and so do bankers, meaning the market is in downtrend.
3) if agents telling they aren't making money but bankers are busy, meaning that the market is of buyers looking for new development projects or/and the exisitng owners are refinancing.
4) if agents telling they are making money but bankers aren't, meaning the market is of cash-buyers.
