Sembilan, Melaka, Johor coming to Klang Valley to works / study...and it is M'sia...
so no worry, just get one that you think got potential. after all, land is big, choices are aplenty. the only thing is that, you got to do your own homeworks. remember, don't generalize market. don't believe until you convince yourselves. cheers!
