Are both property have any tenant right now?

i have 3 unit tenanted condo in cheras, rental rm1100 to rm1200,unfurnished,24 hours security, M/fees rm150-160, size 1003, price rm170k - rm205K, 1 unit with 1 car park, 2 units with 2 car park, around 15 years old, nearby UCSI University

Like i mentioned, both are vacant at the moment as I want to make it available for sale. (didnt know if prospective buyers will buy it for own stay or investment). I can however rent it out in a jiffy because of the demand for rental there in these 2 areas.

i have a condo unit area 1208sq.ft at PV3, Taman Melati for sale. furnished; 1 carpark lot, currently tenanted expiry. investment, student high floor, not blocked by any high building. good view of KLCC.
good location for investment, student, working executives population. walking distance to KTM station; nearby amenities banks, shopping malls, food centre.
