Huh...this is Malaysia culture.....
Just wondering either there's any electronic devices in Malaysia that can make the dogs sick ah?
Eg:- Ultrasonic device or etc.....

Human make noise middle of the night can be nab by police. But, dogs barking middle of the night is free of violation and no enforcement on it.

Thats not just animals. there are some restaurants in front of our condo which are converted to street cinema. they have huge screens and play TV for people in street from 12am to 6 am!! we are in level 12 but can hear easily peoples shouts and crowds! complained to everywhere but no response, even police said we cannot do any thing!
i hope here become more lawful and police enforce law much better!

Happy New Year

Realize this is an 18 month old post, but I couldn't help asking: how can a tenant gain access to his unit when the management does not have a copy of the rental agreement with all the owner details and proof of their tenancy? Who pays for the service charges and in whose name then is the electric meter and land department title? 30 ringgits gets the owner's name and registered address with contact details from the land department, just in case people need to know.

I agree with Mr. Samer Helmy....that's after 6 months and 3 weeks post by him...lol!

I am just wondering, how come that there's no action being taken by the management authority with regard to this erring tenants? Here in the Philippines, once there's a complaint, the authority immediately addressed the situation...

Anyways, since this post been in a long time already, i guess they already addressed the situation. I just hope so...peace!
